The OpalXL semi-automatic doming machine with resin curing oven offers a complete solution for efficient and precise doming.

The machine is easy to use and delivers accurate quantities of resin on a repeated cycle.

Resin flow is controlled by a hand held gun with a single button to start and stop dispensing, making it comfortable to hold and allowing you to place the resin perfectly.

Magnetic work trays allow the use of magnets to hold any type of material completely flat, for even resin flow across your labels.

The machine uses programmable logic controller technology, a dispensing head, and a resin flow pinch valve to deliver simple, clean, and reliable resin dispensing for your domed labels.

Once resin application is complete, you can place your labels into the curing oven on one of the 20 work trays provided. The oven maintains the perfect temperature for labels to be touch dry in just 90 minutes and is controlled by a single on/off switch.

The OpalXL machine sits perfectly on top of the oven, or can be sited independently to suit your production environment.
